January, 2021I can't say how they work, but at the age of 15-16 I took them to improve the condition of the skin. the result, of course, was noticeable, but I think that everything helped me together: in addition to yeast, I switched to proper nutrition and chose good cosmetics.

January, 2021I have not heard that brewer's yeast would be used abroad as a drug for the treatment of problem skin with proven efficacy (perhaps I am wrong, and they will now enlighten me). As for the intake of brewer's yeast: they can bring a small (very tiny) benefit for a trivial reason - it contains important minerals.
