I strongly agree with the previous speaker! I will add something interesting and extremely effective: shooting in general and from a short barrel (pistol) in particular. It trains the eye muscles by focusing either on the target or on sights, plus develops a useful skill and psyche. Good luck!
Sick eyes differ from healthy ones not in that they are not focused there, but in that they have forgotten how to change the focal length. Zoom does not work. The structure of the eye was described by William Horatio Bates. And all sets of exercises begin with an understanding of the fact that the muscles that move the eyes are the same muscles that change the shape of the eyeball to change the focal length. It is necessary to revive the muscles that have atrophied again, and move the eyes, not the head. Take any videos or books that mention Bates. It is possible to correct vision, but it is as difficult as doing exercises every day. Few have enough willpower. Zhdanov has video lectures. Our family suffered a little with gymnastics, and then began to practice orienteering. There, on the run, you need to look at the map with one eye, with the other to look for landmarks on the terrain, the third - at the compass, the fourth - under your feet so as not to screw up, the fifth - at the branches that want to stick into you. In general, the eyes are no longer able to see individual objects, but to take wide photographs in short periods of time. A completely different level and no exercise.
I disagree about glasses made of black plastic. Once I heard a live speech by the chief ophthalmologist of Ukraine, where he spoke with great irritation about these glasses with the biased name Laser Vision, which are sold in the metro and underground passages. He said that he studied the history of ophthalmology and is well acquainted with the latest, modern developments. But he honestly admitted that he cannot use his mind, from which these glasses can cure ... This is ordinary Chinese rubbish.
As for an effective technique, I can advise the technique carried out on myself. At the institute, I planted my vision completely, from five meters I could not make out the license plate. But then I took up this technique and restored my vision completely. In the original it is called "tratak" and was invented by yogis. But in our commercial age, a bunch of "geniuses" have appeared who brazenly ascribe authorship to themselves. The most widely promoted of them is Bates. I'll make a reservation right away that although the exercises are simple, even primitive, they are difficult to master. This process is subtle, it will take time and diligence to master. But it's worth it. Because once you master it, you will be armed for the rest of your life. From time to time (once a year or two) my eyesight drifted away, but having mastered the tratak technique, I restored it. And each time it took less and less time. If the first time it took a total of several months, now it is enough for me a minute before bed two or three times. In the last ten years, vision has not "floated away". Everything seems to have stabilized.
Yes, gymnastics for the eyes, rest through; every hour of work in front of the monitor - be sure to get up, walk, look out the window, trying to see the details. And in general - gymnastics for the shoulder girdle and neck, massage of the neck area, good food - carbohydrates are useful for the eyes, but in moderation. Better yet, visit an ophthalmologist and make a full diagnosis and get recommendations. It is possible to stop myopia, but in order to fully restore vision ...
There are such glasses made of black plastic with many holes, if you wear them regularly, you see better. There is a charge for the eyes: you attach a cork or a piece of plasticine to the window and look first at this object and then at what is behind it, simply focusing your gaze without shifting it. There is magnetic therapy. This all helps only if you do it constantly, as a good habit. If you expect a quick result once a week, it slightly corrects your vision.
