And my subjective answer will be slightly different. Coffee addiction is not fiction. If I do not drink a cup of coffee within the first few hours after waking up, I will suffer from headaches all day. Interviews with fellow coffee lovers have shown that such symptoms are not uncommon. Since I really like coffee, but not a headache, I consider days without this drink to be not unloading, but a meaningless existence.
I love coffee. Simply adore. During the period of coffee binges, I can safely drink it and look at it at night (only with milk, I rarely drink black) - then I sleep wonderfully. But from time to time I conduct health-improving diets when I eat exclusively vegan (no meat, poultry, fish, eggs and milk) food, and I don't drink coffee. This takes 10-14 days. After that, the taste perception of coffee sharpens for some time, and I get by with 1 cup a day. Thus, I rediscover all its flavors :)
