There are two obvious problems with this application, however. One is listed above (or below; in short: the trust of doctors in the canned information), and the other is the distribution of the application itself.
Both problems could be solved at once if we formed a partnership with health insurance. But this is already the "second step".

I would say yes, it would be a useful application.
For example, I don't have a very good memory for my medical history. But the smartphone is always with me, so if I am urgently taken to the hospital and this data is required, then the application will be very useful. You can, of course, just create a note with all this, but I'm not sure that I know at least one person who would even have such an idea.
Needed. The idea is great! Only the question arises of trusting the QR code data, which the doctor considers in an emergency. They still need to be checked to make a decision.
