There was a case: I really wanted to sleep, but I was on my feet at that moment, and there was no opportunity to lie down to sleep. I stirred mineral water, coffee and sugar (coffee in granules, sugar was "sand", and the water was cold), I drank this fiery mixture and sleep vanished as if by hand.
It depends on how old you are. The younger you are, the easier it is to get through a day without sleep. I suggest trying a short sleep when it becomes completely unbearable: to drink strong coffee and lie down for 20-30 minutes. I usually feel much more alert after such manipulations. If you are still very young (under 25), then you just need to drink coffee or energy, cool or contrast showers and walk in the fresh air.
