I really like Klenzit S. (Unlike ordinary Klenzit, it contains an antibiotic, it is more powerful in action.) I am not strong in medicine, so I’ll just tell you, relying on my experience, why I like it. This is the only drug that was effective for me and helped to significantly reduce unpleasant rashes. If we compare, for example, with some kind of Zenerite, then Klenzit C does not create the wildest flaking, but only dries a little. What is also important: despite the antibiotic in the composition, it is not addictive, you can use it for a long time. It can also be applied to large areas of the skin.
By the way, there is also such a thing as Elokom. Helps with subcutaneous inflammation in just a couple of days (sometimes overnight). You need to be more careful with it, since this hormonal drug is addictive, it should be used as little as possible, only when urgently needed. Note: it is applied by Elok locally. If you want to take a chance and spread it everywhere (to be sure!), Then the next day you will see white spots on the spot. (They will pass in a few days, but still little pleasant.)
In general, I would like to add this: our body is a complex and amazingly intelligent system, capable of self-regulation and all that. Why am I doing this? Over the past 3 months, I hardly use any means. Sometimes there are more rashes, sometimes less - in fact, as when using special creams. Skin condition is no worse, perhaps even better. I have heard the most conflicting opinions about the effect of nutrition on skin condition, and my experience is also very contradictory. But the fact that hygiene is the basis of the basics, no one disputes, right? Only a clean towel, well-chosen cosmetics, do not sleep with makeup not removed, you can try washing your face with drinking water ...
Bottom line: follow the rules of hygiene and common sense - perhaps this will be enough. If not, try special products.
Good luck in this difficult battle)
I cannot give you a maximum description, but I can say with certainty that these products contain salicylic acid, which itself does an excellent job with acne and acne (sold in a pharmacy, it costs no more than 30 rubles). Film It's all individually. If the problem comes from the inside (malnutrition, hormonal disruption), then the most expensive means will not help. There are a lot of drugs against acne, from the cheapest to the most expensive. I used the cheapest ones. In the morning, pointwise on pimples - salicylic acid, in the evening, 20 minutes before the shower, I also applied pointwise salicylic-zinc paste or erythromycin, rubbed the problem areas with cindol at night. The results are excellent and without expensive anti-acne drugs. I hope I answered to the second part of your question. Good luck.
