April, 2021Let's remember wild animals. Throughout their existence, they are haunted by negative and life-threatening factors. They certainly have fear, it is not only a human privilege. The same police horses in Germany. Horses are naturally very shy creatures. Now imagine the reaction of the horse: the crowd uttering terrible screams, smoke bombs, physical contact. As far as I know, not one has died from fear. It's just that some modern humans have seen too little (excuse the expression). The brain's reaction to what happened is quite standard, but they start to "cheat" and feel sorry for themselves.

April, 2021The answer to this question depends on what we call madness. In general, insanity is a difficult reversible mental disorder, and, as a rule, we understand it as a state close to the loss of adequacy and even disability. It is difficult to be so afraid. There are phobias, which, in fact, are temporary insanity (in moments of panic, we actually "lose our mind", we cease to control ourselves), but the root cause of this ailment, as a rule, is not in fear, but in neglected internal conflicts and problems. The closest to insanity the state of fear is manias and obsessions. For example, persecution mania or fear of death. These are diseases based on fear, due to a number of psychological reasons and external circumstances, which gained strength and transformed into such a problem. By the way, American psychiatrists somehow counted and found out that most often they go crazy for fear of going crazy.
