I want to supplement the previous answers a little.
There is such an extremely rare phenomenon as heteropaternal superfecundation - the fertilization of two or more eggs of the same ovulation period by sperm of different males, which leads to the birth of offspring.

It is possible only with a combination of several circumstances. It is necessary for a woman to mature two or more ovulating eggs in one menstrual cycle, so that she, with a short break, has unprotected sexual contact with two or more men, so that the sperm of each of them fertilize one egg, and so that pregnancy leads to the birth of living children.

This combination of factors is extremely rare. Nguyen Thi Nga (Director of the Center for Genetic Analyzes and Technologies in Hanoi) noted that during her practice she had dealt with one such situation, and 10 more cases were recorded in the world. The authors of the 1992 Italian publication, having studied the database of 39 thousand genetic analyzes of paternity, found only three such cases.

Perhaps, with a similar incident, a dividing egg cell has a triple set of chromosomes at the end of meiosis, four cells are obtained from it, which have only 3/4 of a set of chromosomes, so the zygote is not viable.

Whatever happens after fertilization, two blocks of polyspermy occur.

The first is fast: when the very first sperm penetrates inside, the rapid activation of calcium channels increases its concentration inside the cell, which, in turn, changes the electrical potential of the membrane and all other spermatozoa are somehow discarded from the egg cell due to its charge. It acts for about a minute.

The second slow: during this minute, the capsules with polysaccharides under the surface of the egg merge with the membrane, leaving the contents around the cell membrane, so that around it a protective layer of thick gel, through which sperm cannot crawl.

By the way, the myth that a child is obtained from the first and fastest sperm is just a myth. To dissolve the protective membranes of the egg, enzymes from one sperm cell are not enough, so together they begin to dissolve it, and where the hole appears first and who gets into it first is a matter of luck.

Maybe. This phenomenon is described and called polyspermia. An egg fertilized by more than one sperm is not viable.

It is not so important how many men are (for simplicity, let's imagine that this is happening in a test tube). In this case, the question is rather whether one egg can be fertilized by two sperm.

At least, this does not occur in humans. Twins are obtained either by fertilizing two eggs (heterozygous or fraternal twins), or by fertilizing one egg with one sperm (homozygous or identical twins) - in this case, separation into two embryos occurs after fertilization. There are no twins resulting from the fertilization of one egg with two sperm.
