Protein, BCAA and Creatine Monohydrate are sports nutrition. Supplements are natural or identical biologically active substances. They are intended to be taken with food to supplement the diet with nutrients. The goals can be different: from improving overall health to losing weight, etc.

Sports nutrition closely intersects with different groups of dietary supplements, but they are not the same thing.

Sports nutrition cannot harm health, since it is produced from conventional food (milk, soy, etc.).

Problems can arise if the dosage and dosage regimen are not followed. Kidney problems are especially serious because the protein puts a strain on them. It's the same with creatine and BCAAs.

But there are categories of sports nutrition that you should be careful with. These are fat burners, especially thermogenics, as well as pre-workout complexes (they can contain strong CNS stimulants).

You are not listed, if you do not confuse the dosage. Just choose the manufacturer more carefully, see the expiration date and drink wisely. Remember creatine is needed for muscle growth and carnitine is needed for weight loss. Study everything about the drug carefully and do not be afraid - these additives are not dangerous.

They can, but the harm for each person can be individual! For example, former athletes have very powerful livers, so the blow will come to the kidneys. A person who has not been involved in sports since childhood can be the first to donate the liver.

And I would listen with great caution to all these coaches! A nutritionist is another matter!

If taken in uncontrolled amounts. When a person passes through the body too much pure protein, gainer, etc., there is a strong blow to the liver and especially the kidneys. As a result, problems such as renal failure, renal hypertrophy (liver can also appear) may appear. And so by the coach's appointment and only.
