Yes, there is. If you are one of them, take a marathon run. This is very credible and will give you some cool credibility among teenagers. You will compete in all competitions for the school and further for the institute. And in the army, if you get into the infantry, they will laugh at the massive deaths after several kilometers of march.

Basically, the problem is not only in metabolism, but also in low estradiol (female hormone). Apparently the conversion from testosterone to estro is low, which is why it is so hard to gain for years. There are advantages too .. always hot and dry.

There are no hopeless!

You can always gain muscle mass, the only question is in what way. If nothing works out with a special training program and a high-calorie diet, a certain complex of hormonal drugs is usually added. As the people say, you need to "crawl". Only this should be done under the supervision of an experienced trainer who will correctly compose the dosage and duration of the course. And you also need to be prepared for the fact that when you stop exercising and not following the diet, everything will simply "blow away".

In general, there is always a point in going to the gym. Each person has his own genetically determined maximum, at which the body looks harmonious and proportional. But to achieve it, you need to work hard and train. If there is no result at all, then you are doing something wrong. We need to experiment, look for exercise programs that give the maximum muscle response and observe the daily routine.

Or, of course, you can give up and do nothing, hiding behind your "hopelessness".

To gain muscle, not fat, you need physical activity and balanced nutrition and rest (everything is important!).

It is better to eat, like in a sanatorium, 5 times a day.

Each meal should have 15-20 grams of high-quality protein (after exercise, 25 grams of protein is better).

Be sure to eat vegetables (especially from the green group) and drink water (about 30 g per 1 kg body per day).

You can add good vitamin complexes.

Have you seen Bruce Lee? And there is always a sense to visit the gym, regardless of the amount of muscle mass adhered to the carcass. It is desirable to keep the body in good shape, and be ready, for example, to pull up at least 20 times. Besides, in the gym you can not only pull iron, but also give yourself all sorts of cardio loads and so on.
