January, 2021My grandfather lived to be 90 years old. I ate cottage cheese and played sports. _ Eating healthy, exercising and sleeping well will strengthen your immune system! And the word biohacking itself was invented to divorce the rich for money and sell them all kinds of expensive vitamins and drugs. - well, of course they are. )

January, 2021In fact, from the point of view of logic, there are two options:
if this technology exists, then it is secret because why make it available to everyone?
if it does not exist, then the existing movement is another scam in order to cut money from gullible and fearful people
Most likely, there are those who successfully use biohacking, for example, David Rockefeller, still 99 years old, after all, but they do not spread, and there are those who decided to make money on this by spreading fake.
Tips from the category: eat vegetables, drink non-carbonated water, all this will not save you from cancer, viruses, mutations, etc.

I am always skeptical about lectures by successful businessmen about how they did it. Indeed, there are many more businessmen in life who have gone broke. They just don't lecture. Biohacking is a similar case.
When tens of thousands of people engage in biohacking, over time, individuals with excellent health, looking younger than their age, will surely appear among them, etc. I think they will definitely go with lectures and tell that, look at me, this is biohacking! There will not be very many such individuals in the total starting mass, but each of them will be famous. Which of course will increase the recognition of the term and may create a false impression among the public that biohacking works.
But there are not only those who are lucky (maybe genetically, maybe even how). For the rest of tens of thousands, it is not a fact that something in their health and appearance will be different from the average person. And they will not go to any lectures (who are interested in them, ordinary people ...).
Moral - only a fairly massive scientific study, with the method of control groups, etc., which takes at least a couple of decades, can answer the question of the real effectiveness of biohacking.

January, 2021It is, of course, impossible to deceive nature, just as it is impossible to deceive gravity or electricity.
Nevertheless, there are a lot of examples of successful biohacking, we just often do not pay attention to them. The fact is that the essence of biohacking is not to deceive your body, but to understand the intricacies of its work at the molecular, cellular, tissue, systemic and general physiological levels.
If you know that ultraviolet radiation intensifies metabolic processes, causing a rapid release of energy and an increase in the activity of the body, then you can use this. However, for some reason, the very idea of basking in the sun for a few minutes before taking on a difficult task is not considered biohacking.
If you know that moderate physical activity improves blood flow to the brain, you can and use it. However, for some reason, the very idea that walking from corner to corner or walking in the woods is very helpful for intensive thinking, also for some reason is not considered biohacking.
There are simple rules that have roots in how our the body, what unconditioned reflexes are inherent in it: wash yourself with cold water to invigorate; close the curtains and remove light sources to get enough sleep; eat less sweets to stay in good shape; drink rosehip decoction to bring immunity back to normal - all of them are biohacking. And they work quite well;)

January, 2021Yes. There are examples ...
Francis Crick is a British molecular biologist. Studied the structure and meaning of acids. According to some reports, I got a complete picture of DNA after using lysergic acid. He also believed that life on our planet appeared thanks to an intelligent race of aliens.
The most real, honest scientist, Sigmund Freud, believed in the medicinal properties of cocaine. I became dependent on him myself.
Paul Erdun is a great mathematician. Has a huge number of scientific papers. The most prolific mathematician of our time. He has been using amphetamine-type substances all his life. For the sake of experience, he left them: after a month he could not work.
Sergei Fage does not belong here. He's not a great drug addict spending money on drugs. He's just a cheated drug addict.
Let's take him apart. After all, he spent $ 200,000 on pumping the body
In his report, the level of total testosterone grazed by 65%. Which is shocking. But Sergei achieved this in 4 years! And this is real even without pills. I note that Seryozha uses in his diet: phenibut, modafinil ...
The diet of a poor semi-cyborg is worse than that of any vegan, raw foodist, does not add salt to food, due to the fact that it increases blood pressure, does not eat sugar, he is poison, he eats only organic matter.
I don't think it makes sense to continue.
Stop repeating the mistake of alchemy. Secret knowledge is not hidden or simple. You'd better drink the juice from Harry Potter. Newfangled practices, new ways of suffering did not help, even Steve Jobs.
You can reduce the risks of illness and improve your well-being: by sticking to circadian rhythms, exercise, every day for 30-40 minutes, eat a variety of foods, spend more time in the sun, do not smoke and drink in moderation.
But here you have to try and do it. Better to take a pill and that's it, learn to move mountains. Sounds easy, but life rarely gets fucked, definitely not in this way!
The best biohacking book, preferably natural or humanitarian scientific and sleep ...
Good knowledge, romantic ...

January, 2021A task gives birth to an organ. Formulate the problem. And according to Stanislavsky, a super-super-task, so that it would work in the material. Matter has its own qualitative "qualification", the level of focus of attention, beyond which nothing is impossible and the world melts like wax.
