Somehow I damaged a mole and it started to hurt a lot, the mole is medium and convex. Then one day I wanted to lean my head against the wall, forgetting about the mole and hit it. A day later, a lump appeared, it increased a little, and then thickened, and the pain also became less.
I can't swallow saliva, I don't have enough air, there is a lump in my throat, choking, shortness of breath. What could it be?
